We looking for energetic, results-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our San Fernando Valley portfolio. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record and a minimum of 5 years total Property Maintenance experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisor capacity. Qualified candidate must have their HVAC certification. Individuals must have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.
Responsibilitiesinclude but not limited to:
- Supervise team of maintenance tech and porters.
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any needs for replenishment throughout properties.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors specialized repairs, when necessary.
- Completing maintenance service requests.
- Apartment turnovers.
- Maintaining curb appeal.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in apartment maintenance.
- At least 3 years of Supervisory experience in apartment maintenance for 150+ units.
- Must be HVAC certified
- Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) is a must!
- Customer service attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
