As a Production Supervisor at Goldenstate Landscapes, you'll be a key player on our team. You will oversee our landscaping teams' work in the field, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with our team members and customers to keep our projects on track. Your leadership will help us deliver excellent service and keep our finances on target.

• Ideally, you ve worked in landscaping for over five years and supervised a team for at least three years.
• You are skilled at working with people and solving problems; some knowledge of basic repairs is a plus.
• You are a motivated TEAM player looking for a company where you can advance professionally.
• You have a valid driver s license and can perform the physical work required.
• You speak English and Spanish well and have completed high school; additional field training is a plus.

• Ensure our work is done well, on time, and within budget.
• Ensure our customers are happy and our services meet their needs.
• Lead a team on timely projects, with a strong focus on safety.
• Teach and follow all safety rules.
• Keep track of supplies and order more when needed.
• Guide and grow your team, helping everyone do their best.
• Collaborate with other parts of the company to use resources wisely.
• Stay ahead of problems and find solutions to keep projects moving.
• Identify enhancement opportunities on job sites for continuous improvement.

• Keep projects and teams aligned and productive.

• Monitor financial and project performance.

• Represent the company well and pursue continual learning to improve.
• Learn to use our software to complete inspections and create estimates.

• Understand the role with a track record in landscaping and team supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; basic repair knowledge is a plus.
• Motivated TEAM player seeking career advancement.
• Valid driver s license and ability to perform the physical tasks required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; high school completion and potential field training.

Physical Work

The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
