Job Description

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
• Deliver product by car and then to the door of the customer
• Deliver flyers and door hangers or any marketing materials

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person to process orders.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used)
• Make correct monetary change
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash or performing other outside tasks
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas
• Sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside
• Fumes from food odors and exposure to commercial dust
• Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F and higher
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts

• Standing: most tasks performed from a standing position
• Walking: generally short distances for short durations on ceramic tile or linoleum
• Sitting: paperwork completed at a desk or table
• Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 60 lb with dimensions up to 3′ × 1.5′
• Carrying: large cans (3 lb 7 oz) and occasionally pizza sauce (30 lb) from workstation or storage to front of store; trays of dough (12 lb per tray) carried three at a time over short distances
• Pushing: trays on dollies requiring 7.5 lb to push
• Climbing: infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance or sign changes
• Bending: forward bending at the waist for the pizza assembly station (~30‑45 s per episode, repeated continuously)
• Crouching/Squatting: occasionally to stock shelves or clean low areas
• Reaching: continuous reach up, down, and forward; above 72 in. to turn on/off oven controls or change prices on signs; forward reach to obtain toppings, clean surfaces, answer phones
• Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination, frequent use of forearms and wrists for dough shaping, manipulation of pizza peel, rolling cutter, and cardboard box assembly; forceful pinching required in packaging

Team members may be required to use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings and private homes, while carrying product
• Carry pizzas, sides, and beverages while walking, climbing stairs, and driving within the area
