Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM
Compensation: $28–$31 per hour (based on experience)
Summary of the RoleJoin a large biotech pharmaceutical leader as a Supply Chain Associate supporting clinical distribution operations. This full-time, onsite role is responsible for clinical order fulfillment, inventory transactions, and logistics execution within a GMP-regulated warehouse environment. You will work closely with planners and requestors, perform hands‑on material handling, and ensure accurate, compliant shipment of clinical materials using SAP and established SOPs.
Key Responsibilities- Fulfill clinical material orders by picking, reviewing, packing, and preparing shipments in compliance with GMP and SOP requirements
- Process inventory movements and shipment transactions using SAP and other digital tools
- Review order documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on‑time delivery
- Stage and meter outbound clinical shipments and coordinate logistics with planners and requestors
- Perform internal material movement within the warehouse, including operation of Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs)
- Conduct inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and document transactions accurately
- Support process improvement and safety initiatives
- Maintain strict adherence to SOPs, GMP standards, and documentation requirements
- Safely handle materials up to 35 lbs, including work in cold storage environments
- Participate in daily team huddles to review workload and priorities
- Pick, pack, and prepare clinical materials for shipment
- Execute inventory and shipment transactions in SAP
- Manage outbound shipments and internal material movements
- Perform inventory counts and discrepancy resolution
- Support documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement activities
- GMP knowledge and SOP compliance
- Experience in clinical supply chain, warehousing, or logistics operations
- Material handling, system proficiency, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience in clinical supply chain, warehouse, or logistics environments
- Proficiency with inventory and material handling systems such as SAP
- Understanding of compliance‑dr GMP‑regulated operations
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with planners and team members
- Comfort following detailed procedures and documentation standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience with SAP, Excel, and Smartsheet
- Familiarity with GMP practices and regulated workflows
