Hybrid | Orange County, Los Angeles, or San Diego, CA
A well-established California law firm is seeking a Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. This role offers meaningful responsibility, sophisticated matters, and flexibility through a hybrid work structure.
What You’ll Do- Handle contested trust and estate matters, including will contests, trust disputes, fiduciary litigation, and financial elder abuse claims
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
- Take and defend depositions; participate in mediations and court appearances
- Work closely with partners on strategy-driven litigation from inception through resolution
- Manage cases with a high level of autonomy while collaborating within a team environment
- 3+ years of trust and estate litigation experience (civil litigation with trust/estate exposure will also be considered)
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Experience handling matters independently and interfacing directly with clients
- Prior courtroom experience is a plus
The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $230,000 annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
