Overview
Job Title: Legal Assistant
- Transactional / Litigation
Location: Orange County, CA
Compensation: $70,000–$90,000
We are seeking an experienced Transactional / Litigation Legal Assistant to support attorneys in a dynamic, fast-paced legal environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both transactional and litigation matters efficiently.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative and substantive support for both transactional and litigation matters
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
- Assist with filings, calendaring, and deadline management
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed
- 5+ years of experience as a legal assistant (transactional and litigation experience required)
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures, filings, and deadlines
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 – $90,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
