As the Intake Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking legal support. You will play a critical role in shaping the client experience by ensuring inquiries are handled with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency. The ideal candidate has prior legal intake experience, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

• Conduct initial intake calls with potential clients

• Gather, verify, and document client information using CRM and case management software

• Assess client needs and route matters appropriately

• Schedule consultations and manage follow-ups

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support smooth onboarding

• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the firm’s standards of professionalism

• Prior law firm experience is required

• Experience with Mycase is a strong plus

• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail with strong time management

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

• Fluent in Spanish and English
