Legal Assistant / Paralegal – Discovery Response Team

$60,000–$70,000 | Remote

Esquire Tek is a legal technology company helping law firms prepare discovery responses more efficiently using AI-assisted workflows. We’re looking for a Legal Assistant or Paralegal to support our Discovery Response Team and help deliver accurate, high-quality discovery responses for our clients.

This role is a good fit for someone with hands-on discovery experience who enjoys drafting, reviewing, and refining work product in a fast-paced environment.

• Draft discovery responses using AI-assisted tools
• Review and refine discovery drafts for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with law firm clients and their teams to gather discovery information
• Work closely with QA and leadership to maintain quality standards
• Manage multiple discovery matters and deadlines
• Stay current on discovery procedures and best practices

• 1–3 years of experience in a legal environment with exposure to discovery
• Familiarity with civil litigation discovery (interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable learning and working with new technology
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Fluent in Spanish

• Experience in Personal Injury law
• Paralegal certification
