Overview
Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant for a contract-to-hire position within the legal department of a well-known, globally recognized company. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing legal team that supports complex commercial operations around the world. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing contracts, assisting with lien filings, drafting and managing legal correspondence, and performing a wide range of administrative and legal support functions as directed.
This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment.

- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate setting
- Excellent computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Good judgment, discretion, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines
- Customer service mindset
