Overview
Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate with a minimum of two years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. The Associate will work on a team representing automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related matters.
Responsibilities- Trial and arbitration preparation and courtroom experience, including motion practice, depositions, and mediations
- Strong advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Candidates must be members of the CA BAR
- Excellent academic credentials
