Litigation Associate

LHH is partnering with an elite trial firm with offices throughout California in its search for a Business Litigation Associate with 4 to 8 years of experience. Candidates with media and defamation experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Office Type: Hybrid. Associates have full discretion over when and how often they work in the office.
• Billable
  
  Hours:
  
  1900 annually. Continuing legal education (CLE), business development, and networking activities count toward this target.
• Bonus Structure: Discretionary. Bonuses are not tied to billable hours but are based on overall contributions to the firm and firm performance.
• Base Salary Range: $200,000 - $280,000, depending on experience.
• Benefits: Full-time employees receive health, dental, and vision coverage. Dependent coverage is available at the employee’s expense. Long-term disability and life/AD&D insurance are provided through the firm’s health plan, subject to carrier caps. A 401(k) plan is also offered.
• Additional Perks: Associates receive a 10% origination fee for new business they bring in, payable upon client payment.

• 4 to 8 years of business litigation experience
