• Representing homeowners associations in general counsel, litigation, and enforcement matters
• Advising boards on governance, CC&Rs, compliance, and risk management
• Handling disputes involving owners, vendors, and contractors
• Drafting opinions, correspondence, and governing documents

• CA‑licensed attorney in good standing
• Experience in HOA law (litigation and/or transactional)

• Supportive leadership and realistic expectations
• Long‑term growth at a firm that values quality over grind

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $235,000 annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
