Legal Recruiter | Business Solutions Manager – A highly reputable litigation law firm in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to support 2 Partners and 1 Associate Attorney in their Labor & Employment practice group. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established firm known for its collaborative and professional environment.

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $/yr

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned attorneys, ensuring organization and efficiency.
  • Perform heavy e-filing for state and federal courts using One Legal and First Legal.
  • Prepare and upload documents for e-filing, including motions under seal and notices of removal.
  • Handle time entry, expense reports, and reimbursements.
  • Manage complex calendaring and deadlines.
  • Draft and format pleadings, including TOAs and TOCs.
  • Maintain case files in iManage and ensure accurate document organization.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of litigation secretary experience, preferably in Labor & Employment law.
  • Strong experience with e-filing for both state and federal courts.
  • Hands-on experience with motions under seal, oppositions to summary judgment, and removals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with iManage is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Hybrid schedule available after 90 days.
  • Covered parking provided.
