The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Experience handling all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality legal services
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- A proactive, self-starting mindset
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Residence in California

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000-$180,000 base annually
