Employment Law Litigator; PLAINTIFF | Class & Individual | Hybrid | Los

Position: Employment Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff Side)

Experience Level: 2–7 years

Salary: Up to ~$200,000 base (plus discretionary bonus)

Base Pay Range: $/yr – $/yr

• Work on a high-volume mix of class actions and individual employment cases — 90% wage & hour, 10% FEHA and related claims
• Litigate complex, high-value cases in both state and federal court alongside experienced class action attorneys

• Clear hybrid path — onsite collaboration for 6 months, then move into a balanced in-office/remote schedule
• Culture focused on professional development, work quality, and real client impact rather than billable metrics

• Manage wage & hour class and representative actions from intake to resolution
• Handle discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
• Take ownership of individual employment cases (FEHA, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation)
• Work closely with partners while maintaining independence and control over your caseload
• Mentor or collaborate with junior team members where appropriate

• 2–7 years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff or defense background accepted)
• Strong familiarity with California wage & hour laws, PAGA, and FEHA
• Excellent writing, advocacy, and case-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without micromanagement
• $200K base salary (commensurate with experience)
• Discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance
• Hybrid model after 6 months
