A national defense firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary with 3-5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense. The ideal candidate has supported multiple attorneys, managed busy calendars, handled e-filing in state and federal courts, and can generate TOCs/TOAs.

Legal Secretary Key Responsibilities:

• Support 1 attorney with caseload management and legal filings
• Draft, edit, and format pleadings, correspondence, and trial materials
• Manage court calendars, deadlines, and schedule depositions/meetings
• Generate TOCs/TOAs and assist with exhibit prep for trials
• Open/close matters and assist with vendor billing coordination

To qualify, you must have prior experience as a Legal Secretary in defense litigation, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and demonstrate excellent organization and communication skills. This is a great opportunity for a Legal Secretary seeking a stable, fast-paced environment.
