Labor And Employment Attorney

We are working with a highly respected Labor and Employment Defense Law Firms in California. They are seeking experienced Attorneys, who will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of Employers in Wage and Hour, Classs Action, PAGA, etc. cases.

Ideal Candidate: 2+ years of experience in Employment Litigation.

Must Have: California Bar license

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California and good standing
• 2+ years of experience defending employers in labor and employment cases with extensive knowledge of employment cases, regulations, and court procedures
• Proven experience handling defense litigation cases independently
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize workload effectively
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $300,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
