Position Summary

New attorneys are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 years of proven litigation experience.

• Represent clients in special education matters, from inception to mediations
• Oversee and grow the personal injury department, including case strategy, client communication, and litigation management
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda
• Represent clients in court, administrative hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and other legal professionals to achieve favorable outcomes
• Manage case files from intake through resolution

• Licensed to practice law in California

• Newly admitted attorney or less than a year experience: $90,000 - $110,000
• 2+ years of experience: $110,000 - $170,000
