Position Summary
New attorneys are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 years of proven litigation experience.
Key Responsibilities- Represent clients in special education matters, from inception to mediations
- Oversee and grow the personal injury department, including case strategy, client communication, and litigation management
- Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda
- Represent clients in court, administrative hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and other legal professionals to achieve favorable outcomes
- Manage case files from intake through resolution
- Licensed to practice law in California
- Newly admitted attorney or less than a year experience: $90,000 - $110,000
- 2+ years of experience: $110,000 - $170,000
