This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Bryanston, Johannesburg, for an Estate Practitioner at Capital Legacy. The Estate Practitioner will be responsible for assisting clients with estate planning, drafting comprehensive Wills to meet individual needs, and advising clients on the benefits of the Legacy Protection Plan™. Responsibilities also include working with beneficiaries, managing estate administration processes, and ensuring that communication is clear and consistent.
The practitioner will closely collaborate with Relationship Managers and Administrators to provide a seamless and compassionate service to clients and their families.
- 3 - 5 years' experience in independently managing a portfolio of Estates within a professional environment (proven ability in estate planning, drafting Last Wills and Testaments, and understanding estate administration processes)
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with a professional and empathetic approach
- Organizational and time management skills for managing multiple estates and related tasks within set deadlines
- Proficient communication and advisory skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and beneficiaries
- Knowledge of financial services, legal compliance, and administrative standards in estate management
- Willingness to work on-site in Johannesburg and collaborate with internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field, with prior experience in estate administration being a strong advantage
