About the PositionWe are seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our Westlake Village office. This full‑time, in‑office role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, delivering high‑quality legal solutions, and contributing meaningfully to a growing practice.
Key Responsibilities- Review, negotiate, and draft real estate contracts, leases, management services agreements, operating agreements, and partnership agreements
- Counsel escrow companies and other clients on governance, regulatory, licensing, and limited tax issues
- Represent clients in state regulatory compliance and licensing matters
- Draft real estate documents for both residential and commercial transactions
- Train clients on mitigation and risk management strategies
- Business development is not required but is supported and encouraged
Licensed attorney with 3‑5 years of relevant real estate law experience. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills. Strong client service orientation with the ability to manage matters independently and collaboratively. Comfortable working in‑office at our Westlake Village location. Driven, detail‑oriented, and business‑minded, with a genuine interest in long‑term growth.

Benefits- Salary range: $150,000 to $170,000, commensurate with experience
