Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a reputable non‑profit organization that is funded by state and federal government. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who specializes in drafting, redlining, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.

Base pay range: $55.00/hr - $58.00/hr

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in California in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with contracts and agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review vendor agreements, NDAs, purchase order agreements, hotel agreements, and other related contracts.
• Redline and negotiate terms with internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
