* ** Education and Experience**:* + Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved-program required  + Minimum of 10-years as a paralegal with healthcare, regulatory, corporate, transactional and banking experience, combined with law firm experience and in-house legal experience  + Prior experience with developing and implementing legal work systems and processes related to legal operations  + Prior experience with managing legal data rooms  + Strong legal system administration management skills or background  + Experience in managing and directing a legal support team  + Exceptional problem-solving skills  + Able to operate autonomously while being a team player who brings a positive, “can do” attitude and works collaboratively with teammates
* ** Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities

**:* + Substantive knowledge of the procedures, terminology and documents relating to healthcare, regulatory, corporate matters, transactional and banking closings  + Impeccable integrity and judgment  + Outstanding organizational skills and interpersonal skills  + Demonstrated ability to both understand the “big picture” and pay attention to detail.  + Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint  + Computerized information and database record keeping systems  + Business math for completing non-technical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division  + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal  + Ability to work effectively within a team environment and to work proactively  + Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;

ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently
* ** Level**:  This position works under low supervision and exercises a high level of discretion and independent judgment.
* ** Travel Requirement**:  As requested, to attend company functions/gatherings/training.
