Seeking an experienced L&E attorney with Class Action and PAGA experience to support an active litigation docket on a contract basis, with potential to grow into a longer-term or full-time role if there is mutual interest.
This is a great fit for an attorney looking for flexible, meaningful litigation work with an option to increase hours over time.
The Role- Contract position starting hours per week
- Hours may increase over the coming weeks depending on case needs and attorney availability.
- Part-time to Full-time potential
- Remote friendly
- Optional in-office work in Calabasas if desired.
- Labor and Employment litigation
- Class Action and PAGA matters
- Supporting active cases, motion work, litigation strategy
- Working closely with firm leadership and litigation team
- Hourly range rate $125-200/hour depending on experience and depth of expertise
