EDG, LLP is seeking Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys with 1-15 years of experience. California Bar Admission required.
Requirements:- Experience handling all phases of workers' compensation litigation, including pretrial motions, depositions, expert witnesses, and trial preparation as necessary.
- Must possess analytical, legal research, and writing skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritize client matters, and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed
- The position can fully remote or in a office but may requireito in-person court appearances as needed.
- General Salary Range $95k-190k plus bonus
- 100% paid Medicalaran Benefits
- 401k with matching
