Associate Attorney, Litigation

Overview

RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is partnering with a NATIONAL legal firm who specializes in Civil Litigation Defense and is seeking Associate Attorneys to work REMOTE in California.

Draft legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda, manage a heavy workload, handle consumer protection related matters including transactional and civil litigation, and appear in local county courts as needed.

• Must be currently admitted to practice law in CALIFORNIA (multiple-state admission is a big PLUS) and must reside in the state of CA
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm in litigation
• Must possess superior organizational & time-management skills to meet strict deadlines
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with senior management and employees at all levels throughout the organization
• Strong legal research skills – proficiency in Lexis Nexis is a plus

• $90,000 - $105,000 base salary (DOE)
