Our firm is known throughout California for its aggressive advocacy for injured persons in Personal Injury, Medical malpractice, Disability Rights, Civil Rights and related areas. We also regularly handle cases involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and other workplace violations.

The firm was founded by trial attorney Jeremy M. Dobbins, who was a practicing Registered Nurse before attending law school. • Competitive Base Salary: $85,000–$135,000 annually, commensurate with experience
• Performance-Based Commission:
  Earn up to 5.50% commission

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own docket of pre-litigation and litigation cases from inception through trial
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial briefs
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in court to argue motions and various hearings
• Engage with clients and help shape case strategy
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations
• Aid in trial preparation and serve as second chair where applicable

Qualifications

• Active member of the California State Bar (In Good Standing)
• 1–5 years of litigation experience (Personal Injury and/or Employment law background is a plus)
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines

Preferred

• Desire to grow as a trial lawyer and / or litigator
• Trial or trial-prep experience is a plus
• Understanding of modern-day office technology
• Interest in specific area of torts or plaintiff’s litigation

Salary Range: $85,000 - $135,000 per year (With room for substantial growth for the motivated lawyer!)
