Our client, a global investment management firm, is seeking an experienced attorney for a Contracts Counsel role in their Orange County office. The role will focus on vendor contracts including drafting and negotiating, identifying and mitigating risk, working with internal business partners and managing outside counsel. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5-7 years experience with vendor contracts from either a recognized firm or in-house role.
This position requires 4 days in office with 1 remote day. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package including salary, bonus, health benefits and 401K.
Base pay range$145,000/yr - $165,000/yr
