Job OverviewJoin the Trial & Litigation group focusing on eminent domain cases. Handle valuation analysis, litigation strategy, court filings, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.
Requirements- 2-5 years of relevant Litigation experience
- Experience in eminent domain, real estate, or public entity land acquisition litigation is required, and complex litigation experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to take depositions, manage discovery, and prepare motions
- Must include two writing samples & transcripts
