About the Role

Are you a passionate advocate looking to make a tangible difference in the lives of the immigrant community? Our boutique firm in Rowland Heights is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Immigration Attorney to join our growing team.

In this role, you won't just process paperwork—you will be a strategic partner for families and businesses navigating the complexities of the U.S. immigration system. We provide a supportive, collaborative environment where your professional growth is prioritized through our comprehensive and systematic training program.

What You Will Do
  • Advocate & Strategize: Manage a diverse and dynamic portfolio of cases, including family-based and employment-based visas, Asylum, and non-immigrant visas (L-1, H-1, E-1/2, O
    -1, R-1).
  • Craft Compelling Narratives: Draft high-quality petition letters and legal briefs that tell our clients' stories effectively.
  • Client Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor, conducting consultations and maintaining clear, empathetic communication with our Mandarin and English-speaking clientele.
  • Courtroom Representation: Defend clients in removal proceedings, preparing comprehensive case files, evidence, and witnesses to deliver powerful arguments in immigration court.
  • Lead with Research: Stay ahead of the curve by performing in-depth legal research on evolving immigration policies and precedents.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bilingual Excellence: Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential to serve our core community.
  • Strong Communicators: Exceptional writing skills and the ability to explain complex legal concepts simply.
  • Experience: Ideally 2+ years of experience in business/investment immigration and removal proceedings (though we value talent and drive).
  • Credentials: Bar admission in any state (in good standing);
    California Bar admission is a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented Advocates: A meticulous eye for document review and a "no-stone-left-unturned" approach to case prep.
Why Join Us?
  • Mentorship-First Culture: We provide systematic, hands-on training to help you sharpen your litigation and filing skills.
  • Impactful Work: Work directly with the vibrant community in Rowland Heights and beyond.
