Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney (Remote CA)
A growing California-based workers' compensation defense firm is seeking a Worker's compensation defense attorney to join their team. This position can be remote or based in one of several California office locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and attend hearings/depositions
- Negotiate settlements and manage caseload efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain client relationships
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- 1+ years as a Workers' Comp Defense Attorney
- Strong legal analysis, communication, and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy, proactive, and client-focused
Location Options:
- Remote or in-office (Agoura Hills, Oxnard, Encino, Inland Empire, Long Beach, Orange County, Sacramento, or San Diego)
- Salary: $95,000 $ 220,000 annually
Bonus opportunities:
- Bar dues, CLEs, and training/mentorship support provided
