Insurance Defense Attorney

We are a growing firm looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has 5+ years of experience with extensive Trucking and commercial transportation experience.

Base Pay Range

$/yr - $/yr

Requirements

5+ years of experience – Trucking/Commercial Transportation
Previous auto liability experience
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in Louisiana

Responsibilities

Managing their own docket of cases
Set up claims and track medical treatment
Supervise medical clerk and case manager
Review demands
Negotiate with adjusters
Communicate the offer to the client and the disbursement of client funds

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $275,000 annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
