• You are a high performer with 3 to 5 years of experience.
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• You possess strong analytical and writing skills, can present arguments precisely and clearly, manage significant matters, and are detail oriented.
• You have strong case management skills, a strong work ethic, and a team‑oriented attitude.
• You are an active member of the California Bar or New York Bar.
