AM Law 200 firm is actively seeking an Employment Litigation & Counseling Attorney with 1-4 years of experience to join its Los Angeles or San Francisco office. The role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge employment litigation and counseling matters for national corporate clients. The firm is known for its progressive culture, early responsibility, and high-profile cases.
Key Responsibilities- Represent employers in employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination suits.
- Handle wage and hour litigation, including class actions and PAGA claims.
- Provide employment counseling on policies, discipline, termination, and wage/hour compliance.
- Draft and review employment manuals and internal policies.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Admission to the California Bar.
- 1-4 years of employment litigation and counseling experience.
- Strong writing, communication, and client management skills.
- Competitive salary range ($225,000 to $435,000) based on class year.
