• Represent employers in employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination suits.
• Handle wage and hour litigation, including class actions and PAGA claims.
• Provide employment counseling on policies, discipline, termination, and wage/hour compliance.
• Draft and review employment manuals and internal policies.

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the California Bar.
• 1-4 years of employment litigation and counseling experience.
• Strong writing, communication, and client management skills.
• Competitive salary range ($225,000 to $435,000) based on class year.
