We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role supporting a fast paced litigation practice that handles both plaintiff and defense matters.

What You’ll Do:

• Support attorneys with both pre-litigation and litigation matters.
• Assist in the preparation of demand packages, complaints, and answers.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and assist with motions, briefs, and trial preparation.
• Review and summarize medical records.
• Manage court filings (state and federal), including e-filing procedures.
• Coordinate mediation, MSC, and trial preparation tasks.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate:
  Up to $35/hour, based on experience.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of litigation experience in both plaintiff and defense work.
• Strong knowledge of California and Federal Civil Procedure and court rules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Prolaw is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to handle high pressure situations gracefully.
