About Polymath Robotics
Polymath builds autonomy software for off-highway vehicles, powering real deployments in agriculture, defense, and industrial sectors. As our customer base grows, we need sharp operators who can own complex programs end-to-end, manage executive level client relationships, and keep things running smoothly.
The RoleAs an Associate on the Program Management team, you will own the execution and health of 4 to 6 active customer programs at a time. You’ll drive timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate across engineering, support, and leadership to make sure everyone is rowing in the same direction.
What You’ll Do- Track and manage timelines, deliverables, and action items across multiple customer programs
- Keep shared tools like Asana, Notion, and internal dashboards up to date
- Support internal and customer meetings with agendas, notes, and follow-ups
- Monitor progress on technical tasks and elevate risks or blockers as needed
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment with engineering, sales, and leadership
- Draft slides, summaries, and visuals for weekly updates and milestone reviews
- Organize logistics for field testing and ensure teams are prepared for on-site reviews
- Maintain documentation and internal records needed for successful execution
What we’re looking for:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in consulting, technical program management, customer success, or deployment operations
- Demonstrated experience owning client-facing programs or enterprise customer relationships
- Comfort working alongside engineering teams in technical environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
- Experience navigating ambiguity and building structure where none exists
Familiarity with the following tools is a plus:
- Google Slides (for presentation creation and updates)
- Google Sheets (for tracking timelines, deliverables, and status)
- Asana or similar project management platforms (for day-to-day coordination)
This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA (3 days a week in office).
Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the SF Bay Area.
