Brightway Insurance is hiring an On-Site Bilingual P&C Insurance Agent to join our team in San Antonio, TX
. This is a dynamic, sales-focused role where you’ll build strong community partnerships, drive business growth, and provide exceptional customer service. You’ll assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend tailored policy solutions that fit their unique situations. This position offers a strong foundation for long-term career growth and is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the insurance industry. The ability to speak fluent Spanish is a must for this role.

This is an on-site opportunity- candidate need to live in or near San Antonio and be able to report to the office Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities:

• Market in the local community, realtors, business groups and build relationships
• Quote and sell insurance products to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations
• Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients
• Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be Bilingual
  - Fluent Spanish
• Must currently reside in or near San Antonio, TX
• Must have 1-2 years Sales Experience
• Proven experience in sales administration, retail sales or people facing roles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hold an active TX General Lines Agent License
• 1-2 years Home and Auto Insurance Sales Experience
• 1-2 years Outside Sales/Marketing Experience
• Base Salary: $30-35K annually, PLUS commission (
  * Base salary determined by years of experience, education and certifications.)
• Average 1st year total earnings range from $50K-$65K through a combination of guaranteed base salary, plus commission.
• Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $65-75K+
