About the job Senior Auto Liability Claims Adjuster
Summary:We're in search of a skilled Commercial Auto Adjuster to handle our commercial auto account. If you've got at least 3 years of experience in this field and a knack for resolving claims efficiently, we want to hear from you! This role involves investigating and evaluating commercial auto claims, negotiating settlements, and keeping clients in the loop throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and evaluate commercial auto claims promptly
- Communicate with all parties involved to gather info
- Determine coverage and liability for each claim
- Conduct vehicle inspections to assess damages
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and repair shops
- Maintain accurate claim records and provide updates to clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of commercial auto claims experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims software
- Willingness to travel for inspections and meetings
