We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to support marketing data product initiatives for a leading global streaming and media technology company. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and marketing technology, helping build scalable platforms that power audience insights, engagement, and subscription growth.

You will play a key role in developing audience data products and marketing automation capabilities that enable marketing teams to better understand customer behavior, activate audiences, and optimize campaigns across digital channels.

This position requires a strategic product leader with strong analytical and communication skills who can translate complex business needs into scalable product solutions while collaborating closely with engineering, data, and marketing teams.

Your work will directly impact how marketing teams leverage data to drive subscriber growth, engagement, and monetization across global streaming platforms.

What You Will Do
  • Drive the development and evolution of marketing automation and audience engagement platforms.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, partnering closely with marketing stakeholders and end users to understand their challenges, workflows, and data needs.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, roadmap planning, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Partner with engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to design scalable data products that enable marketing activation and performance measurement.
  • Establish processes and platforms that ensure data consistency, reliability, and quality across marketing systems.
  • Define and maintain long-term product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives that drive measurable business impact.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across teams to launch new capabilities and continuously improve marketing data products.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear product strategies and communicate effectively with both technical teams and business leaders.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and new product capabilities within marketing data and audience platforms.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on data platforms, marketing technology, or data-driven products.
  • Proven experience building and delivering data products, platforms, or services.
  • Strong experience driving product development cycles, including roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, analytics, and marketing.
  • Hands‑on experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), marketing data systems, or data activation tools.
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and querying large datasets.
  • Experience implementing data quality processes and governance practices.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, complex organizational environments with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in technology, digital media, advertising, or streaming industries.
  • Familiarity with video streaming, OTT platforms, or digital subscription businesses.
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms and campaign activation tools such as Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Snapchat Ads Manager, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of data ingestion, integration pipelines, and reporting systems.
  • Experience working with data engineering teams to build scalable data platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master’s in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Location Preference

While this role is open to candidates across the U.S., candidates based in California or Utah are strongly preferred.
