• Design and implement advanced Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and cost optimization.
• Azure management:
  Proactively manage and optimize Azure services, including networking, security, automation, and identity management.
• Security and compliance:
  Define and implement security strategies for cloud environments, including identity & access management, threat detection, and incident response. Conduct regular security audits and keep security protocols up to date.
• Automation and innovation:
  Develop automated solutions using scripting to streamline deployment and management processes.
• Troubleshooting:
  Quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues within cloud architectures, provide support during incidents, and minimize downtime.
• Mentoring and knowledge sharing:
  Actively contribute to the development of Medior and Junior Cloud Engineers through training, documentation, and coaching.

• A relevant degree in Computer Science, Cloud Technology, or a related discipline, with a strong focus on cloud and network technologies.
• Experience:
  
  At least 5 years in a similar role, with proven expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra , Microsoft Defender for Business, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), and Azure.
• Technical skills:
  In‑depth knowledge of cloud architectures and best practices. Experience with hybrid and multi‑cloud solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the capability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to shared goals, with a willingness to share knowledge and collaborate on solutions.
• Strong organisational skills, able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and perform in a dynamic environment.
