Are you a freelance EU compliance and regulatory specialist who wants to apply your expertise in a new way?
Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your current role or consulting work?
We are looking for experienced EU based compliance and regulatory professionals to help improve advanced AI systems.
What You’ll Be DoingWe are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems.
Your Role Is Practical And High Impact. You Will- Review and refine AI generated responses related to EU regulations and compliance frameworks
- Evaluate outputs for regulatory accuracy, completeness and risk awareness
- Draft realistic compliance scenarios across European regulatory domains, from GDPR and AML/KYC enforcement to DORA, NIS2, eIDAS 2.0 and qualified electronic signatures
- Identify gaps, misinterpretations or oversimplified regulatory reasoning
- Create variations of the same scenario from different stakeholder perspectives such as compliance officer, regulator, general counsel or risk manager
You will assess and improve AI generated content to ensure it reflects real world European regulatory standards and enforcement practices.
This is not traditional compliance consulting. Instead of advising a single organisation, you will help improve how AI systems understand and apply EU regulatory frameworks at scale.
Your input directly improves how AI performs on compliance and regulatory topics.
You AreWho this is for
- A compliance officer, regulatory specialist, risk professional or legal and regulatory advisor
- Based in the EU or UK
- With 5 to 10 plus years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs or risk management
- Experienced with EU frameworks such as GDPR, AML/KYC, DORA, NIS2, eIDAS 2.0, financial services regulation, ESG, digital regulation or sector specific regimes
- Comfortable identifying regulatory gaps, weak controls, flawed interpretations or incomplete risk assessments
- Available 8 to 20 hours per week
- Able to start in the coming weeks
