Qualifications- 3+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician
- Experience in an enterprise environment
- Deployment experience: unboxing, staging, cable management, device testing
- Basic network understanding: DHCP, DNS, PING, network testing, trace route
- COVID/Flu vaccination OR mask-wearing on-site
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Brea, CA
- High school diploma or GED
Professional, efficient, and strong communication skills
