Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CRM Developer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and a passion for creating custom solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce CRM solutions to fulfill specific business requirements and enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate CRM project requirements into technical solutions
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce applications through configuration, customization, and integration with external systems to ensure seamless workflows
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform by applying best practices and monitoring compliance
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot Salesforce applications to resolve issues promptly and minimize downtime
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed Salesforce solutions and related processes to support knowledge sharing and continuity
  • Conduct user training sessions and deliver ongoing support to empower end-users and maximize platform adoption
Required competencies and certifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components for building custom Salesforce functionalities
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems
  • Understanding of data modeling, data migration, and data quality best practices to maintain reliable CRM data
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Familiarity with Salesforce App Exchange and third-party applications to extend platform capabilities
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or Salesforce Architect
