* Summary:

** Provides technical assistance over the phone to on site field technicians and end users of AAON.
** Essential

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Answers and solves technical support calls on AAON controls.
* Assists in testing and troubleshooting AAON digital controls.
* Performs job site startup and troubleshooting with field personnel.
* Evaluates the need for escalation to Mechanical Support / Engineering and Controls Engineering.
* Performs administrative duties associated with controls support position.  Use Test Bench to assist field technicians with hardware I/O, SOO, and Applications.
* Must be available for after hours field support during the work week, weekends, and  holidays as needed. This is subject to change according to business needs.
* Some travel is expected for this position.
*
* Education and Experience Requirements:

** High School Diploma or equivalent. Any Technical Trade School training is preferred. Electrical Controls and Instrumentation Automation is a plus. HVAC or Electrical training is preferred.

** Work Environment:
*** Lift up to 10lbs.
* Required to sit, use hands talk and hear 85 % of work hours.
