What You’ll Do
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to shape product direction and user experience
  • Execute the full visual design process from concept through handoff
  • Simplify complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction designs
  • Present and defend design concepts to internal teams and leadership
  • Conduct user research and integrate feedback into iterative improvements
  • Establish and maintain design guidelines and best practices
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year of UX/UI design experience
  • Startup or freelance experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other UX tools
  • Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles
  • Experience applying user-centered design methodologies
  • Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and rationale
  • Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
