Career Takes is sourcing on behalf of a fast-growing Los Angeles–based startup operating in the legal tech space.

- Execute the full visual design process from concept through handoff
- Simplify complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction designs
- Present and defend design concepts to internal teams and leadership
- Conduct user research and integrate feedback into iterative improvements
- Establish and maintain design guidelines and best practices
- 1+ year of UX/UI design experience
- Startup or freelance experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other UX tools
- Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles
- Experience applying user-centered design methodologies
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and rationale
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
