We are building a self-calibrating urban digital twin platform that fixes one of the biggest problems in smart-city simulations: static models that drift from reality.
Our venture integrates heterogeneous city telemetry (mobility, energy, telecom, IoT, demographics) to:
- Inject them programmatically into simulations
- Recalibrate models in a closed loop
The result:
decision-grade resilience modeling for cities, infrastructure operators, and national agencies.

The Role (Equity Only)You are the founding CTO. You own the end-to-end roadmap and MVP delivery of a cloud-native, self-calibrating digital twin platform.
You will:- Integrate simulation engines (Unity/Unreal and/or HPC co-simulation)
- Implement Bayesian inference, Kalman filters, and real-time calibration logic
- Build CI/CD, Kubernetes infrastructure, and security/compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR)
No salary. No advisory structure. Founder-level equity only.
Ideal Profile:- 10+ years SaaS/AI leadership
- Strong background in Bayesian modeling, causal inference, Kalman filtering
- Experience with game engines or HPC simulation environments
- US-based (required)
