We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Southeast Asia. This role is pivotal in driving the optimization of our Salesforce CRM system to meet business needs and enhance user experience.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into tailored Salesforce CRM solutions that optimize operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and document clear functional and technical specifications for Salesforce enhancements
• Design and implement Salesforce CRM functionalities that streamline business processes and improve user workflows
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to increase Salesforce adoption and proficiency across teams
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system enhancements, configurations, and process changes
• Perform data analysis using Salesforce Reports and Excel to generate actionable insights supporting business decision-making
• Monitor Salesforce system performance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted service
