Deal Capture Business Analyst

• Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Develop, design, and deliver training courses for initial and continued education courses for subject matter which includes, enterprise-level products, systems and tools (Qvidian), DCT processes and procedures.
• Conduct periodic quality audits across DCT team to identify performance trends and develop either group or individual audit training plans.
• Ability to perform all team job responsibilities, during the year, to ensure all training materials, quality checks and processes are up to date.
• May perform other duties as assigned

• Experience:
  
  Three to Five years of Training/coaching/mentorship experience;
  Writing curriculum/handbook/procedures;
  Three to Five years of CRM platform along with process and workflow experience.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, MIS or a related field
• Skills:
  
  Successful background facilitating all levels of learning from initial, new product/process and continuation training. Proficiency in the use of the MS office suite as well as Salesforce/Qvidian/Adobe and SharePoint. Demonstrated strength for process quality auditing and project management methods.
• Abilities:
  Ability to effectively explain complex tools, processes and business rules and answer complex questions from members of other departments. Collaborate with department leadership to review and assess team performance and provide input on improvement initiatives

• Salesforce, Qvidian, USAC/FCC funded enterprises desired
