Hybrid 4 onsite in St. Louis - River Port
Our client is a leading connectivity and media organization serving consumers and businesses across the United States under a well-known brand. The company operates at national scale and supports millions of customers with broadband, video, and voice services.

Rate: $47.00 to $57.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive manual test plans, test cases, and test data for new and existing features.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance test cycles and document results.
- Identify, analyze, and clearly document defects with reproducible steps and evidence.
- Collaborate with software developers to triage issues, validate fixes, and retest patched builds.
- Maintain testing artifacts, traceability, and coverage across releases.
- Manage and coach team members on testing tools, reporting practices, and process improvement.
- Track and communicate test progress, quality risks, and release readiness to stakeholders.
- Continuously refine test suites to improve efficiency and coverage over time.
- 10 or more years of hands-on software quality assurance experience with a focus on manual testing.
- Proficiency designing and executing functional, regression, and integration tests with defect lifecycle management.
- Experience collaborating with developers to reproduce issues, verify fixes, and prevent regressions.
- Ability to manage testing tools and produce clear test reports and metrics.
- Experience coaching teams on test practices and driving process improvement.
- Familiarity with test case management and defect tracking systems.
- Exposure to test automation concepts and tools (preferred).
