Our client is an American telecommunications and mass media organization providing services to over 26 million customers across 41 states under a leading consumer brand. It is among the largest cable and pay TV operators in the United States and a top residential telephone provider.
Rate: $80.00 to $100.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:

- Translate functional analyst requirements into solution architectures and design artifacts.
- Produce architecture and design documentation for development teams to implement.
- Select appropriate technologies to address defined business and technical problems.
- Guide implementation for medium to large scale systems across multiple platforms.
- Ensure solution designs align with enterprise standards and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate feasibility and mitigate risks.
- Review designs and code for adherence to architectural patterns and quality benchmarks.
- Support testing and delivery by clarifying architecture decisions and integration approaches.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 6 to 10 years designing or configuring systems and applications at Level III.
- Minimum 10+ years designing or configuring systems and applications at Level IV.
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of software engineering and development practices.
- Proven experience defining solution architectures for medium to large-scale systems across multiple platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear architecture and design artifacts used by development teams.
- Experience making technology selection decisions aligned to problem and context.
- Experience with Chaos Engineering - ideally with Chaos Monkey
