• Support customers in disconnected environments as a subject matter expert on Dell Technologies data center infrastructure products
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of the Dell Technologies portfolio, including storage, compute, and networking solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and external customers to ensure trust and satisfaction
• Assist sales teams with the design and implementation of complex system requirements
• Drive proactive technical activities to enhance service levels and customer experience

• Must be a US citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance
• In‑depth troubleshooting knowledge of Dell Power Edge servers, specifically Power Edge XE servers
• Strong experience in Linux environments (RHEL and Ubuntu) and familiarity with diagnostic utilities
• Proven customer‑facing experience with strong escalation management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate with vendors and engineering teams

• 12+ years of technical support experience with relevant industry certifications such as A+, Security+, MCITP/MCSE
• Experience with CI or FS polygraph
